The Kenora Area Shoebox Project

2019 Holiday Drive for the Kenora Area

Drive Dates: November 1, 2019 - December 18, 2019

This holiday season, please consider creating a Shoebox gift for a local woman impacted by homelessness.
It's easy to turn an empty Shoebox into a beautiful gift. But knowing what you cannot include in your Shoebox is just as important as what you can include in it. Click here for all the information you need.

Desmond Tutu said “Do your little bit of good where you are; it's those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”

I stumbled across this quote many years ago and it sparked in me a drive to do good where I am, and led me to put my time and skills to work where it mattered which eventually meant the Shoebox Project where I am eager to bring people together to help women feel good about themselves and cared for, despite their current circumstances. Sometimes it's the simplest things that make people happiest.
